Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.
Process for Initiating Returns
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions for shipping the item back.
- Pack the item securely and include the return authorization in the package.
Refund Methods and Processing Time
Refunds will be processed as follows:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Once we receive your returned item, please allow 7-10 business days for the processing of your refund.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
Special Cases
If you receive an item that is damaged or the wrong item was sent, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery:
- For damaged items, please include photos of the damage in your email request.
- For wrong items, provide details about the incorrect item received and the item you ordered.
Exceptions to the Policy
We regret that we cannot accept returns for:
- Gift cards or final sale items.
- Items that have been altered or customized.
